This Pomegranate & Orange Blossom Salad is so fresh and delicious! It became a staple in our home.
This recipe is maybe one of the easiest on the website! you just have to gather the ingredients, cut them stir and voilà 😀
I like serving it with some plain (and plant-based obviously) yogurt. Or with a slice of my brownie haha.

Pomegranate & Orange Blossom Salad
This delicious fruit salad will bring the sun to your plate! With dried figs, orange and pistachios it's even better. There is no added sugar, so it's healthy and scrumptious!
Ingredients
- 1 big Pomegranate
- 2 oranges
- 5 Dried figs
- 2 tbsp Orange blossom
- 1 handful Pistachios unsalted - raw
Instructions
- In a bowl, seed the pomegranate and cut the dried figs in littles chunks. Add the Orange blossom, stir a little and let rest in the fridge for 1 hour.
- Meanwhile, extract the oranges' wedges (run the knife between each orange wedge to separate the flesh of the fruit from the membrane.) Don't discard the core with the membranes: press them in a small bowl to obtain the juice.
- After one hour of rest, pour the orange juice on the grenade/figs and add the orange supremes and pistachios.
- Serve and Enjoy!
