5 Ingredients Healthy Cookies
Ready in 20 minutes, these vegan, gluten-free and no vegan butter chocolate chip cookies are a must !
Ingredients
- 75 g white almond butter
- 60 g blond sugar
- 40 g unsweetened applesauce
- 80 g white rice flour or oat flour or wheat if you're not intolerant.
- 50 g dark chocolate
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 180°C/356°F. Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, mix together the sugar with the almond butter.
- Then, add the applesauce and stir to incorporate it well.
- Add the rice flour and form a nice ball.
- Finaly, add the roughly chopped dark chocolat and incorporate it to the ball.
- Form 10 little balls and flatten them onto the backing tray to make nice little disks (they won't change form during baking).
- Bake for 10 to 12 minutes.
- Let them cool down onto a grid and eat!
