Mushroom & Miso Pasta
Here is one of my favorite pasta dish, it’s creamy and full of flavours. These Mushroom & Miso Pasta are your next dinner!
If you don’t about the combo mushroom – miso, you definitely have to try it. It really is one of the best combo ever. Do you often cook with miso actually? I do, a lot because most of my daily food is asian-based but what about you? 🙂
This pasta dish is super creamy and quite addictive. Your plate is gonna be empty very soon. You can choose any pasta you like, here I chose gluten-free spaghetti and it matched perfectly!

Mushroom & Miso Pasta
Ingredients
- 1 small onion
- 1 garlic clove
- 200 g mushrooms
- 15 cl vegan liquid cream
- 1 tsp sake or white cooking wine
- 2 tsp white miso
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- cooked pasta for 2
Instructions
- Cook your pasta at first.
- Cut thinly the onion and the garlic clove, slice the mushrooms.
- In a small bowl, mix the miso, soy sauce and liquid cream.
- In a large saucepan, on medium heat, add 2 tsp of olive oil and sautee the onion.
- Once it's translucent, ou can add the garlic. and the sliced mushrooms.
- Sautee for 5-10 more minutes until the mushrooms start to brown.
- Deglaze with sake.
- When it's evaporated, add the liquid cream & miso mixture.
- Let cook 2 more minutes and throw the pasta into the pan.
- Stir and serve !
