Cook your pasta at first.
Cut thinly the onion and the garlic clove, slice the mushrooms.
In a small bowl, mix the miso, soy sauce and liquid cream.
In a large saucepan, on medium heat, add 2 tsp of olive oil and sautee the onion.
Once it's translucent, ou can add the garlic. and the sliced mushrooms.
Sautee for 5-10 more minutes until the mushrooms start to brown.
Deglaze with sake.
When it's evaporated, add the liquid cream & miso mixture.
Let cook 2 more minutes and throw the pasta into the pan.
Stir and serve !
