Healthy Pumpkin Fudge (4 ingredients)

  • 100 g pumpkin puree ((from roasted pumpkin is the best))
  • 100 g dark chocolate (70%)
  • 65 g white almond butter
  • 60 g maple syrup


  • In a double boiler, melt the chocolate with the almond butter.
  • Then, add your pumpkin puree and maple syrup and stir.
  • Pour into a a rectangle mold lined with parchment (mine was 15 x 25cm).
  • Reserve into the fridge for a couple of hours.
  • Cut in squares. To make beautiful squares, you can put some warm water on your knife in between each cut.
  • Keep refrigerated until serving.
