Baked with olive oil and salt these Roasted Cherry Tomatoes will burst and release their juices for an extra layer of seasoning. The Roasted Garlic will take some juice from the tomatoes and transform into an unbelievable & flavorful condiment.

Ingredients

  • 20 Cherry Tomatoes
  • 8-9 Garlic cloves
  • Extra-virgin Olive oil (Enough to cover all the ingredients)
  • 2 tsp Seasalt

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 180°C / 350°F
  • Oil the tomatoes and the whole garlic cloves (no need to peel them)
  • Transfer them onto a baking tray and spread them into one layer. Sprinkle generously with salt.
  • Roast for 25-30 minutes, until the tomatoes are soft.
