Healthy Watermelon, Melon & Chia Popsicles
These Healthy Watermelon, Melon & Chia Popsicles are so refreshing during this warm Summer! They are full of flavors and with a funny texture due to the Chia 😀
They are so easy to make, you just have to blend the watermelon and melon together. Then, add some chia seeds and voilà it’s done! Put them in the freezer overnight and the next day you have delicious homemade & healthy popsicles 🙂

Healthy Watermelon - Chia Popsicle
- 1 Galia Melon
- 1 small Watermelon
- ½ + ⅛ cup Chia seeds
- A few Mint leaves
- Put, into a blender, the melon and watermelon flesh. Blend. It should give you approximately 1,1 Liter of a thick liquid.
- Pour the liquid into a bowl and add the Chia seeds. Stir until all the seeds are part of the liquid. Pour the mixture into the popsicle molds and insert the popsicle stick.
- Freeze for at least 6 hours.
