Vegan Feta Cheese

This Vegan Feta Cheese Recipe is the perfect garnish of any Salad!
This plant-based feta is super easy to make. It will be your new delicious item to garnish any salad, sandwich or tart.
You can keep it in the fridge for a couple of days (if you don’t eat it in one go 😀 ).

Vegan Feta Cheese
This vegan Feta is going to be your new friend! It goes so nicely in a salad but can also be eaten by itself.
Ingredients
- 250 g Fermented tofu 1 block = 9 oz.
Marinade
- 1 cup Water
- 1/4 cup Lemon juice
- 1/4 cup Cider Vinegar
- 1 tbsp White miso
- 1 tsp Seasalt
- 1/2 tsp Dried Oregano
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
- 3-4 Olives or Capers
Instructions
- Press the tofu for at least 1 hour and cut into small cubes.
- Mix all of the marinade ingredients together in a container.
- Add the tofu, mix gently. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
- Serve with your favorite salad. Store the closed container in the fridge for 3-4 days.
