This Vegan Feta Cheese Recipe is the perfect garnish of any Salad!

This plant-based feta is super easy to make. It will be your new delicious item to garnish any salad, sandwich or tart.
You can keep it in the fridge for a couple of days (if you don’t eat it in one go 😀 ).

Vegan Feta Cheese

This vegan Feta is going to be your new friend! It goes so nicely in a salad but can also be eaten by itself.
Prep Time 10 minutes
Resting time 8 hours
Course Condiment, Salad

Servings 250 g


  • 250 g Fermented tofu 1 block = 9 oz.


  • 1 cup Water
  • 1/4 cup Lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup Cider Vinegar
  • 1 tbsp White miso
  • 1 tsp Seasalt
  • 1/2 tsp Dried Oregano
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • 3-4 Olives or Capers


  • Press the tofu for at least 1 hour and cut into small cubes.
  • Mix all of the marinade ingredients together in a container.
  • Add the tofu, mix gently. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
  • Serve with your favorite salad. Store the closed container in the fridge for 3-4 days.
