Bliss balls are a healthy, nutritious snack made from whole and raw ingredients. They are the perfect little treat that you can keep stored in a container in the fridge.
They are dairy-free, refined-sugar-free and vegan. Medjool dates give them their natural sweetness and provide the delicious caramel flavor.

Mise en place - bliss balls

In the food processor

Salted caramel is one of my favorite flavor combinations. The only problem is .. these bliss balls are so good they are addictive 😀 .

For this recipe I use:

  • Medjool dates – for their caramelly flavors,
  • White almonds,
  • Almond butter,
  • Agave syrup – for extra-creaminess,
  • Vanilla – to enhance all the flavors,
  • Coconut aminos – for the rich savory flavor. You can substitute it with Soy sauce.

Oh my, these might be the best bliss balls I’ve ever made. Also, I rolled some of them in salted coconut chips and it was an amazing addition. Great recipe.
