Roasted Cherry Tomatoes & Garlic

These Roasted Cherry Tomatoes & Garlic are the perfect side to any dish and can be done in just 30 minutes and with a few simple fresh ingredients!
A FEW NOTES ON THIS RECIPE:
- You can roast any type of tomato that you have but the best are the meatier (&less liquid) ones. This is why cherry tomatoes are so good!
- Also, if you choose bigger tomatoes, you will have to bake them during a longer time.
- You can leave the tomatoes whole or slice them
How to eat Roasted Tomatoes & Garlic:
- On their own 😀
- Spread the Garlic on toasted bread and add the roasted tomatoes on top: perfect as a starter!
- As an Avocado Toast topping
- On top of a pasta dish, such as our Italian Summer hit,
- On pizza, in grilled-“cheese” sandwich… they are actually perfect with everything 😀
