Raw Buckwheat & Red Berries Porridge
How about some deliciousness for breakfast? This Raw Buckwheat & Red Berries Porridge is one of my favorite. It’s fresh, nutritious and delicious.
During the week, I don’t take a breakfast often because it feels too much when I wake up (I usually have a snack at 10 am). But this porridge is super light and fresh, so it’s perfect for me! You can even have it as a smoothie in a glass. I love pouring into a bowl and add some homemade granola on top to add some crunch.
You have many choices with all my granola, I love them all dont worry, they all taste good 😀
- Sugar-free & Oil-free Granola
- Healthy Homemade Granola
- Chocolate & Orange Granola (Gluten-free, Sugar-free, Oil-free)
I used frozen red berries for this recipe, I always have a bag in the freezer. But you can add any fruit you like (fresh or frozen).
Also, the almond butter can be replaced by any nut butter or even sunflower butter, it just gives the good fats you need for the morning 🙂
So on your blender, get set, go!
