Hazelnut, Raspberry & Chocolate Cups
Ingredients
- 100 g dark chocolate
- 50 g hazelnut butter
- 50 g Dairy-free liquid cream
- Raspberries Frozen or fresh
Instructions
- In a double boiler, melt your chocolate (low heat). Keep it like that until you're done with the recipe.
- In silicon molds, pour a small quantity of melted chocolate to have a thin layer on the bottom and brush the sides with chocolate.
- Put the molds in the freezer for 3 minutes. (Keep your melted chocolate in the double boiler).
- Meanwhile, in a small bowl, stir the hazelnut butter and dairy-free liquid cream together.
- Then, remove the molds from the freezer, add one tablespoon of the hazelnut mixture, one or two raspberries and cover with some melted chocolate.
- Transfer into the fridge and eat when set (10-15minutes). Keep in the fridge for a week.
