Chinese Almond Tofu (Summer dessert)
You may not know this summer dessert : Chinese Almond Tofu. It’s so refreshing, perfect for warm days!
It’s easy to make, flourless, light, and slightly sweet. It looks like a milk Jell-O but with more taste and less sugar! You can pour any kind of infusion you like, I’m sure it could be perfect with a nice homemade iced tea too 😀
I like adding some fruits to add a bit more sweetness to the dessert 🙂
